Refund Policy
We offer refunds within 14 days of your purchase. To qualify for a refund, the item must be in its original condition, unused, and with the original packaging. A valid proof of purchase is required.
Returns Policy
If you find yourself unsatisfied with your purchase, you have 7 days to initiate a return. Please email hello@olyfieskincare.co.za or call 071 301 9186 to initiate a return. We will gladly guide you through the process.
Exclusions
Please note that we do not offer refunds or accept returns for products that have been extensively used or damaged. Additionally, items purchased on sale or during promotional events are typically considered non-refundable.
Shipping Costs
Unless the product is found to be defective, customers are responsible for covering the cost of return shipping.
Refund Process
